Position Summary

This position is responsible for administering the economic resources of the plant by partnering with the plant finance controller. This finance analyst will design and implement control procedures, productivity projects, finance analysis and financial benchmarking. The ultimate purpose is to increase the overall business productivity by building plant relationships through financial means.

Job Dimension
Material losses; both finished and raw
Finance budget

Key elements that could motivate a candidate
Responsibilities include:
1. The management and balance of production orders
2. Implement root cause analysis for plant losses per SKU and Machine
3. Manage loss reports, main indicators, and track for corrective actions
4. Analysis of the variations in formula by SKU (weekly)
5. Management and valuation of raw material inventories

Qualifications
Professional Experiences and Functional Competencies needed
4 year degree in Business/Engineering related field
Managerial Competencies and Personal Skills needed
