Job Summary
The Territory Execution Account Manager will:
- Be responsible for all retail sales activities within the assigned geographic territory
- Develop the sales and business skills of distributor personnel regarding Evian.

Responsibilities
- Manage the sales and delivery process generally to retail customers within an assigned Area, and directly manage the Evian business with key retail outlets as specifically assigned.
- Manage relationships directly and through others with Store and Department Managers in retail outlets, distribution personnel at Distributors.
- Follows daily account call plan while building positive, professional relationships with store personnel.
- Insures that product availability, brands, and shelf positioning are consistent with standards planned for the outlet.
- Executes sales programs in outlets as directed by the Retail Area Sales Manager, directly in outlets assigned and indirectly in other outlets served solely by Distributor personnel.
- Sells additional, complementary promotional/display activity to store or section manager.
- Identifies additional opportunities in existing accounts for business expansion
- Communicates opportunities and makes recommendation to the Retail Area Sales Manager.
- Identifies account placement targets and positions for coolers and racks.
- Develops new customers in the assigned sales territory.
- Notes any account changes in competitive products and communicates to the Retail Area Sales Manager.
- Responsible for interaction and communication with Distributor's sales and delivery personnel to improve performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years consumer product sales experience

Professional Background
- Basic selling skills, ability to understand and sell in programs to the retail channel.
- Ability to effectively operate in a multi-dimensional, complex environment and interact with all levels in organizations.
- Fundamental understanding of business planning and marketing plan knowledge.
- Ability to cultivate growth using analytical skills while viewing financial data to evaluate the profitability of a new account.
- Facility with numbers, numerical information, and basic trade math

Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position will be to develop and deliver a high quality talent pipeline for all open positions and campus recruitment initiatives through innovative and outside the box sourcing methods.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Work with talent acquisition team to develop and execute sourcing strategies, including social media marketing campaign for Talent Acquisition
- Investigate, benchmark and help develop outside the box proactive recruitment techniques promoting Dannon’s unique culture and values optimizing all social media and on-line tools
- Collaborate with hiring managers and maintain strong relationships with candidates
- Work with HR Coordinator to ensure internal job postings and post on additional external social media sites as needed for sourcing.
- Develop new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting including online, networking and cold calling of candidates to create junior and senior pipeline
- Build internal (with Group and other Danone sister companies) and external networks to develop future Talent Acquisition Initiatives
- Support recruitment initiatives at career fairs and other campus events
- Assist Talent Acquisition team with other projects as needed
- Effective utilization of Social Media in recruitment decreasing the cost of agencies by 20% first year, 30% second year and 40% third year
- Talent Acquisition Social Media Marketing campaign executed linked to business strategy and Employer Branding
- Build, develop and maintain KPIs such as Position Fill time rate, Employer Referral rate
- Continuous process improvement approach reflecting company values and core leadership competencies

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree with 3+ years’ corporate or agency experience handling full life cycle recruitment in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong candidate relationships and experience in Internet research, social/media/networking utilization (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace), cold calling and networking to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Proven organization skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands

On Premise Area Sales Manager - Northeast USA

Job Summary and Responsiblities
- Responsible for all on premise sales activities within the assigned geographic territory.
- Manage Distributor; including developing yearly business plans.
- Select and appoint new distributors as needed; including first hand negotiations and contract development.
- Responsible for calling on national, regional and local key account clients as assigned
- Manage Area’s Trade budget.
- Coach, mentor, develop and manage a team of up to 5 direct reports.

Development Intern- Fort Worth, TX

Job Overview
The main mission will be to work with the product development team on dairy yogurt formulas and fruit prep formulas to understand and quantify levels of flavor absorption & loss over shelf life as a result of starches used in the formulas: types, quantity, delivery mechanism of the flavor (added into the fruit prep) vs. delayed differentiation.

Additional Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outside research on existing trade knowledge
- Develop and execute an experimental plan with direction from manager
- Conducting experiments on (1) yogurt formula itself, (2) fruit formula itself, (3) finished product analysis
- Liaison with universities, key technical contacts in the industry, key Dannon suppliers
- Clear and transparent conclusions to be leveraged in Dannon NA team as well as possibility to share with Danone Central team

Short term objective: Characterize & quantify where we are today in our formulas with regards to using the appropriate starch, identify the key drivers for flavor loss during the product life cycle from raw materials through finished product at end of code

Long term objective: Identify the optimal starch types and quantities to be used in specific yogurt and fruit prep formulas to preserve flavor integrity & intensity over the product life cycle

Qualifications

Nutrition Intern- White Plains, NY

Position Summary
This position will help to develop and implement the nutritional strategy for major Dannon Dairy Brands in US (Light and Fit and Core)
The nutrition intern will analyze data from US HANES data base and interact daily with Marketing, Health affairs and Market Research in order to improve communication to the consumer. Additionally, this person will help identify potential academic partners in Nutrition.

Key responsibilities:
1. Analyze the data form NHANES and other nutritional surveys and data bases.
2. Prepare communication recommendations for Light and Fit and Core and integrate these recommendations into both brands marketing plans.
3. Set up collaborations with Academic Dannon partners
4. Assist with product nutrition strategies and communication plans that address local nutrition concerns.

Qualifications
- MS or PhD in nutrition
- Knowledge of US nutritional guidelines and regulation, understanding/interest on nutritional epidemiology
- Scientific interests in the dairy category and its effect on health and wellness.
- Ability to work in the fast changing team environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Pragmatic and business-oriented
